Website Redesign.

Making Information Easier to Find, Understand, and Maintain.

Sound View Camp and Retreat Center's website needed a more intuitive structure, consistent visual language, and clearer information for visitors. I led a comprehensive website redesign, reorganizing navigation and page content around visitor needs, refining the visual design, and integrating frequently requested information directly into relevant pages. I also developed a website style and maintenance guide to help staff manage content and maintain consistency over time.

Experience: Sound View Camp and Retreat Center

Architecture & User Flow

Before

I mapped the existing website's pages, navigation, and internal links to identify opportunities to simplify how visitors find information. Using this analysis, I reorganized the site around core programs and visitor needs, creating a clearer information hierarchy and more intuitive pathways between related content.

After

Home Page

I transformed the homepage from a static welcome page into a scrollable introduction to Sound View's programs, experiences, and offerings. I organized content around visitor interests, using immersive photography, clear navigation pathways, and prominent calls to action to help visitors discover what Sound View offers and find relevant information.
